  1. Most of our pieces are cut and stitched only after we receive an order. Each piece is made with thorough attention to detail. Before placing an order on the website please take a look at our size chart available on each product page. If you have any doubt about the sizing and fit our team is here to guide you.   2.  Any pre-paid or COD order placed through the website is considered final. In case of low inventory and a possibility of an item being out of stock, PUWS reserves the right to cancel the order. In such a scenario the customer will receive an email followed by a full refund.

  3. We only accept made to fit and customised orders via WhatsApp +91 9112022308 and email orders@puws.in . We do not accept cancellations for made-to-fit and customised piece/s once the order is confirmed by both parties. Full payment has to be made at the time of confirmation.

  4. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item/s of clothing please reach out to us at orders@puws.in or drop us a text on WhatsApp +91 9112022308 with your order details and pictures of the issue. The refund will be processed after assessing the issue.

  5. If you are interested in a style/ design or fabric of a sold out item please drop us a message on WhatsApp +91 9112022308 or email us at orders@puws.in. We will try to accommodate your requirements in the best way possible. Please note that this requirement is purely based on the design and the availability of the fabric in our inventory.
