Refund policy

PUWS accepts returns on orders placed through the website. We do not offer exchanges. 

Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. 

 The item/s should be returned to us unused, unworn, unwashed along with the original labels and tags.

If we receive item/s with stains (make up etc.) or scents of any kind the return will not be accepted. 

We do not accept returns for items that are customised and made to order. 

Item/s purchased on sale through the website are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item/s of clothing please reach out to us at orders@puws.in or drop us a text on whatsapp +91 9112022308 with your order details and pictures of the issue. The refund will be processed after assessing the issue.

Once the return is approved a team member will assist you further.
